The sessions are varied and engaging and the coaches are brilliant with the kids. Great way to improve general fitness or get them socialising with other children. Definitely recommend.

The coaches are so good that I have just joined the women's only self defence class and wow...I am blown away! The group is so lovely and encouraging with skills of all levels. Such a safe environment, no egos, no pressure, just a drive to see you do the best you can for yourself. This session with Coach Ash is a great place for women to come together, to support other women whatever journey you’re on, whatever reason you have for going and with support that continues between classes too! It’s a great addition to the FF club, led by the ISKA Elite Amateur English Champion!! 🥊 Can’t fault the memberships, and all the Coach’s are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, skilled and, most importantly, welcoming. Highly recommend this class and club to anyone looking for a fun and supportive space!
