For over a decade, Matt delivered coaching courses to several countries throughout Europe, paying attention to details and making the complex easy to grasp for all.
Now a full-time coach and competitor in Kickboxing & K1, she is a fantastic addition to the team.
Dom is a tough competitor, engaging in a variety of martial arts including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, and No-Gi grappling. His numerous titles and his continuous growth in all areas of the arts and coaching are a testament to his versatility and experience.
His laid-back approach to coaching and life, combined with his insane drive to train and compete, make him a wonderful combination of a true martial artist.

We are Lincolnshire’s only full-body cryotherapy provider and are proud to provide treatments to Lincoln City FC and other teams that compete both nationally and internationally. That being said cryotherapy is not reserved for athletes, we are visited by a wide range of people from Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. People use cryo for a wide range of benefits from creative thought and focused clear thinking, to anxiety, arthritis, aches, pains and mood disorders. With amazing feedback and results.
We also have a floatation sensory experience pod, again used by a wide range of people for a wide range of reasons. Floating is catching on fast with elite performers and athletes as well as those interested in exploring inner realms of consciousness. This is quite possibly the calmest most blissful place in Lincoln.

ASSISTANT COACHES
Our assistant coaches begin their coaching journey helping out with the little viper classes. Over time we coach them vital skills which will become very useful in adult life and future carrers. Most of our assistants by the age of 14 are fully capable and do run adult sessions as part of their ongoing development as well rounded human beings.
